　　On the afternoon of January 25, 2019, Shanghai Luoman Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. solemnly held the "Year-end Summary Commendation Conference and Year-end Celebration Conference" on the Pujiang cruise ship "Clivia".

　In the afternoon, Rohmann's year-end summary and commendation meeting was held first. At the meeting, a short video recording the Luomans' struggle experience in 2018 was played. The short film truly recorded the touching moments of the Luomans' struggle to ensure the "CIIE", and showed the spiritual outlook of the Luomans who took on the mission and bravely shouldered heavy burdens. Then the Huangpu Riverside Project Team, Pudong Riverside Project Team, Yangpu Riverside Project Team, and Xuhui Riverside Project Team shared their experience in engineering design and construction respectively; General Manager Assistant Zhang Xiaofeng made the "Luoman Company Internal Control Management Report"; General Manager Sun Kaijun made an annual summary In the report, she reviewed the seven years since she served as the general manager in 2012, and led the company's team to forge ahead, have firm beliefs, have the courage to change, and step by step, so that the Luoman company has transformed from high-speed development to high-quality development. She pointed out that in 2019, Luoman company should solidly practice its internal strength, bravely expand the market, grasp its core advantages, strengthen the four major sectors, make good use of the CIIE business card, and expand the national market. An award ceremony for outstanding employees in 2018 (quarterly) was also held at the meeting.
