Adhering to the work attitude of "keep improving", he won the first prize of the 2018 Urban Lighting Excellent Project Manager, and won the advanced individual in the 2019 "Tiancai Cup" landscape industry labor competition. He led the team to win the "Shanghai Worker Pioneer" in 2018, Won the "Tiancai Cup" advanced collective in the landscape industry labor competition, and won the title of "Shanghai Model Worker Collective" in 2020.
